Credits are used to purchase items in /store in-game.
Payments can take up to 15 minutes. If your payment takes longer than that, please contact an Admin in-game or make a ticket on discord via /discord.
All payments are non-refundable.
Server or season resets may result in the loss of your purchases, which are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you are banned from the community, you may also lose access to your purchases without compensation.
We reserve the right to revoke any purchased package at any time, for any reason. The contents and prices of store packages may be changed at any time.
Any attempt to circumvent this policy, such as initiating a chargeback, will result in a permanent ban from the JozMC Discord, webstore and game servers. To appeal the ban you must first cancel the chargeback.
If you have not received your purchase after 15 minutes, open a ticket in our Discord with proof of purchase and we'll sort it out.
Purchases grant a licence to use in-game content on JozMC servers. They do not transfer ownership of anything, and they do not exempt you from the server rules.
Ranks and perks apply to the server they were bought for. Buying a package does not guarantee it will exist forever — features can be changed, rebalanced or removed.
Sharing, reselling or transferring a purchased rank between accounts is not permitted.
Staff decisions on punishments are final. Being punished does not entitle you to a refund.
Monthly subscriptions: manage or cancel yours at checkout.tebex.io/payment-history. When you cancel you keep the rank until the current period ends, then return to the rank you held beforehand.
We store your Minecraft username and the packages attached to it so purchases can be delivered in-game. If you enter a Discord username, it is used to assign your Discord roles.
Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, the Merchant of Record for this store. Card and billing details go to Tebex, never to us.
We don't sell your data. To request deletion of your store records, open a ticket in our Discord.
